I grew up in Chicago, IL. As a child, painting and drawing were actually my main hobbies- I went to advanced art classes from age 5-18. I was introducted to the outdoors through my parents, we would go camping in Wisconsin almost every summer. Later my dad introduced me to rock climbing but living in the city access to it was difficult. Once I got older and started traveling on my own I developed even more of an interest in hiking, climbing, and mountain biking. I moved to Utah in search of adventure and living more closely with nature. I love traveling in my van and seeing new places abroad, I still paint and draw often, I love learning languages, weightlifting, yoga, among other things. I hope to try new sports like white water rafting next.
