I grew up in St. George, Utah, and after spending time living in places like Nevada, California, and Colorado, I eventually found my way back home. Returning to Utah has given me the chance to explore its landscapes more deeply and reconnect with family. I’ve always been captivated by the way the body moves and how gravity influences motion—creating a dynamic exchange with the ground, a dance of give and take that leads to a flow state. It’s in this rhythm that I find my flow, whether I’m surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, climbing, hiking, running, or rafting. These are the ways I feel most connected to the outdoors. Capturing these moments through photography and videography is my way of sharing that connection—so others might feel inspired to discover their own flow.
